  • No, you don't need prior experience to join our classes. Our sessions are suitable for all levels, and our coaches will provide guidance based on your individual fitness level. Whether you're new to functional fitness or experienced, you'll be supported throughout your journey.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to sign up for a membership at Infinite Gym.

  • For your first class, we recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a clean pair of shoes to change into. You may also want to bring a towel, especially if you're doing a high-intensity class. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm to get started! If you're unsure about any specific requirements for your class, feel free to reach out to us before your visit.

Gym

  • You don’t need to buy new shoes, but we do ask that you bring a clean pair to change into before class. This helps keep the gym floor clean for all members, especially during movements performed on the ground.

  • We don’t have a strict policy against training without a shirt, but we ask that you clean up any sweat left on the floor after your workout. This ensures the gym remains clean and comfortable for everyone.

  • At this time, memberships are non-transferable, and guests are not permitted without prior approval.

  • Yes, parking is available behind Infinite Gym at the Midlothian Innovation Centre. Please note that the car park (Stobo House) directly opposite the gym entrance is not designated for gym use and should not be used for parking.

If you're unsure about where to park or need assistance, feel free to contact us or ask one of our coaches upon arrival.

  • No, memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Any misuse, including shared access, may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

  • We don’t offer a monthly rolling or non-contract membership. Instead, we provide flexible options like drop-in passes, discounted drop-in bundles, or a 12-month contract membership for ongoing access.
