Our daily workouts are tailored for all skill levels. Each class typically starts with a focused skill session, followed by a unique workout. You'll never experience the same workout twice!

Our HYROX classes are designed for athletes of all levels. Whether you're trying out HYROX for the first time or aiming to push your training for an upcoming race, these classes are ideal for you.

Our weightlifting classes are focused on the technique and specifics of Olympic weightlifting. Classes will follow blocks of programming to allow improvement on individual lifts over 6-8 weeks.
